My maths is a little different. Its 3000 euro per day it is delayed. They had 1 month to issue the permit, so I calculate from 3rd December. Roughly 56 days (including weekends)...
Roughly $237K Aussie.
Now we haven't seen an ANN regarding the permit being released, so I assume we still haven't seen it.
They also had 2 months to appeal, which expired on 3rd January, so now they can't appeal and have to stump up the cash..... Nice.....
Looks like someone was happy to pay 005..... somethings going on....
