Yep and the 500k buyer "on market" has disappeared on the open ...so my guess is the news of the script issue will co-inside with some good news to get the SP rolling forward from a hill start !!
maybe thats what the 500k buyer is hoping anyways.
it's a $100K BET ...hard to dump 500k stock in an il-liquid market tho.
