Ring Les Davis and ask him what he paid for his latest mill fully installed....i think you'll find it's very cheap to construct if second hand because you have it transported in half ...that was the only trick.
Maybe a deal has been struck between the in-coming and the out going regarding a directors initial interest....hard to see a crossing going through with eley's knowledge of what has transpired.
