no more talk of conspiracy theories, "capping"

i guess that events of the past week have clarified some of the recent price action.
Any s.p. strength (including the upgrade) has been sold into and various theories have been advanced and discussed for the reason/s.
Seems to me (as a 'newbie') that the simple reason is that insiders have sold into any strength as they knew what was coming up - as in placement at a discount, director resigning and unloading stock etc.
Probably found it's level at 24-25c and it seems a loooooong way back up to 30c.
Fundamentals are there but definitely one for the patient now ........
