The problem with Uber eats is that it takes such a massive cut of your transaction plus they have very aggressive rules on refunds. They take from memory about 1/3 of the transaction plus you as the restaurant have to carry the risk of refunds, even if its the delivery drivers fault, and there is Zero recourse back to Uber.
Noodle box have recently addressed this by creating an Uber specific product, its apparently a larger serving so the net transaction to Noodle Box is higher. Ie, rather than a $30 meal with a food cost of say $5 and the restaurant gets $20, with Uber its a $40 meal with a food cost of say $6.50 but they get $27.
Honestly delivery is one of their major failings in QLD right now. Some have delivery, some don't, they are missing out on a massive chunk of the market share and it has to account for the like for like deterioration in the turnovers.
