Do we really want that additional risk at the moment though? Admittedly I'm quite conservative in general though and CKF is definitely the riskiest stock in my portfolio (even though I still don't classify it as particularly risky being in such a "staple" sector). I like the spin off idea that might be a good way to scale up quickly. Having said that I'm not sure that one successful pilot store warrants opening 50 in five years. Maybe take another look after they open two more? That will give us a better sample size.
