I reckon we're around short term fair value at the moment. Still need to price in a bit of an "uncertainty discount" for the European stores although early signs are ok and it becomes less risky over time (if their still trading ok at the next set of results I think we can relax). Taco Bell is also another potential leg of growth but I want to see them be cautious with it until they pay their debt down. No point stretching the management by trying to do to many things at once.
