Ok Board this is your final opportunity to inform shareholders what you have been doing to advance Canegrass and the PIOP whilst you earn a very lucrative salary. You, the Board, must know there are many omissions in your management of the Flinders Mine as basic as the running of the last AGM and not keeping the FMS Webpage up to date; or very importantly with whom you have had monetary/technical discussions promoting our rich Canegrass and PIOP assets. You have told us many times that you don't talk to BBIG (although your last ASX Announcement contradicted this) and so we ask, who do you talk to? How are you promoting FMS?

Enough of the isolated mine and the inferior iron ore nonsense conversation - that conversation hasn't prevented two Companies prior takeover attempts of FMS. We know our iron ore to be good or equal to other exports and if not iron ore, well how about Canegrass????? Canegrass is an asset that is highly lucrative but our SP doesn't indicate our wealth - how can this be so? Are you promoting Canegrass because there MUST be discussions!

We want to know what value you are giving us and our Shares! Like any employee, your work standard needs to be assessed and so far many of us believe you sackable. I wish you a productive New Year and expect your work to be better forthwith with uplifting informative ASX Announcements otherwise I believe you are OUT.

We, the minority shareholders, approach the New Year with renewed vigour.
