If true Doesn’t sound like he has the funds to take the company private which some seems to think was possible after the board resigned - not good for the brand that’s for sure

Remember the company float was to pay off large debts and to buy it some growth via the smorgans business - makes your wonder

Maybe he will have to start selling his shares created out of the ether from share splits prior to float to pay off his tickets?

Either way , I think quite damaging
