Agree.The board appears to have given up on what was a real growth story.I think 52c is poor.But the main boys must see that it's value to have accepted. I will,in fairness, be happy to get out too.The management,and Board, are very ordinary and,frankly, seem to have NFI.
Hence they took the money and ran.(probably leaving a load of problems for AGL to sort out)
