The background to this is being sheeted home to the ETU. They are in dispute with Crown because Crown is now using Subbie electricians. Hence no Union members and their union dues.
The broad spray Wilkie let go last week at Crown and the gaming regulators was done under privilege of the Parliament. He wants a Federal investigation. Trouble is casinos are governed by State based entities.

Wilkie even stated he did not know if the allegations were true!

I would like to see if Wilkie has the gonads to repeat himself outside the Parliament.
The other half to the contrived ETU campaign against Crown came to light this morning on ABC's Jon Faine program. Jeff Kennett is involved with the company supplying the subbies. to Crown. Today apparently in the Age(I do not read it) there is an article attempting to smear Kennett because he was asked to move his office from the Treasury building supplied by Vic. Govt. to all past Premiers. As such he moved to another office owned by his wife.
An all together shabby exercise.
