forgive me if I am wrong but EWC gas reserves currently fall into 3 pots:

1. the gas ringfenced to run the power plants to 2022. About 20mmbcf per year.

2. about 5mmbcf in total to be supplied to the local bottle market.

3. the rest which can be exported. if the Indonesians prevent the export of the lng then the Indonesians will be buying at market prices - which will in turn offset the prices ewc/ewi will pay in the market to supply the Jamaican and Philippine plant.

That said it seems a bit nuts to transport lng to the Caribbean when Trinidad is one of the worlds biggest producers.
