Sent this to the ASIC paper tigers:

I am a concerned shareholder of this company, It is my understanding that they have not conducted an Annual General Meeting since May of 2008.

This is a breach of the corporations act RG44 as no notification has been given that an extension was granted. I refer you to requirement RG44.3 of the Corporations Act:

This is just once such breach that i can find at the moment, I believe that many more breaches have been commited by the current board of this company.

I and many other shareholders are of the opinion that the current board of this company have been criminally negligent in their operation of this company.

I fairly sure it is not going to matter a toss, considering how useless the regulatory authorities are.
