    I always interpreted the BRU talks as allowing OBL to say in court "we had best faith negotiations with all parties". BRU were never gonna agree to anything because they probably still beleive the MOU's are valid. Perth based companies always think they are masters of the universe when they are in fact the opposite, its gonna be their downfall here.
