It sounds like OBL was actually talking to BRU but the talks fell through. I had suspected they were trying to get BRU to cover some of the drilling costs. So it obviously wasn't as much of a slam dunk with a super major lined up if they were trying to hash something out with BRU. It still might be a possibility with this action a bit of hardball, but if it's not BRU it would hopefully be some other mid-tier oiler, maybe even FMG again who would be more interested if they got a lot more equity. That door didn't sound like it slammed shut.
