    Well, he has 25% so far for no money down! OBL have no cash, BOPL have no cash and no idea and BRU have bigger problems after Ungani 3 failure. Will this be sorted before Sept 18? BOPL risks getting nothing but a court order for costs. OBL risks protracted litigation which continues to block development. The only strong, smart and rich player is Albers. What price will he extract.....control (IMO).
