    RIvermore HC – your observation appears misdirected as the situation you painted applies only to the Backreef Area where in the last 1Q2014 OBL observed that BRU owes the royalty to FZR is the Backreef Area deep USO 391MMbbls P50 prospective potential as I recall is successfully appraised.

    There are no royalties on Derby Block apart from WA state royalties.

    By the way - how does OXX/Albers get 50% if they haven’t paid any money??
