The real interesting thing about todays announcement is the confidence they are showing, if they believed they had a chance of not getting 100% of the block (or 75% after OXX) they wouldn't be showing off the possibility in the presentation. As I have said previously, the SAT thing to me is just a procedural matter. When they have the block, the Mitsubishi like farm in can occur.
