At least I believe BRU are out of the frame. They have stitched BOPL up a beauty. BOPL obviously cant get a release from his deal with BRU because if he coulda he woulda by now. As BRU wont pay him the 3 million because they have not got it and he cant get out of the deal he will be wiped off the title and OBL get the lot. There is really no other way this can pan out unless BRU let it go.
BRU are going to have to raise capital now and as they are around 85 cents there will be a dilution affect from the highs they had not long ago.
Hang on this all bodes well for OBL!!
