    Hi friends,

I'd like to share a daily chart of MOG showing the various Turning Points recently in this stock, a red dot turning point indicating a turndown or selling signal, while a blue dot turning point will indicate the beginning of an upturn or uptrend. A blue dot occurring at the same time the signal line going through the price bars is turning blue will indicate a stronger uptrend signal, and a red dot occurring together with a red signal line going through the price bars will indicate a strong downtrend signal.

I first shared a series of similar charts for the stock "POH" to avoid sentiments that interpretation involved in "forecasting" charts were open to errors, such that we need to "beware the chart interpretation. It has never been right, no not once"- an actual comment from a fellow trader on forecasting charts I had posted.

The use of the Turning Point chart was designed to AVOID any interpretation, because there is no interpretation involved, simply because the turning points are all historical, and occur after the fact. They are therefore lagging, and often a day (or sometimes two)later than the occurrence, but because they are picked up as soon as they occur, they are still reasonably "timely" to generate a profit, oftentimes large profits.

By looking at the turning point, we can surmise and answer questions such as " Did the market gave a turning point signal today? As the price fell by XXXX amount today, was it significant enough to generate a sell signal, or as the price moved by YYYY amount today, was the beginning of an uptrend signal?" It therefore becomes easier to answer questions of "Are the best chances with me to buy, sell or hold?"

Here is the chart of MOG today at the close of the market and after the various announcements by MOG and MEO etc. This is the daily chart and not the hourly chart.

As you can see, we have had a blue dot turning point some 5 trading days ago, and there is still no red dot turning point today.

To those who find the time lag to be hard to accept and a less than desirable situation, it may be heartening to know that by dropping the time frame of analysis to the hourly or 30 min chart, the signals are accelerated such that the time lag is no longer significant, and the turning points are achieved in a very timely manner.

Although this chart is posted solely for "entertainment purposes", I hope that you find this chart interesting for swing trading.
