Divvy........the IPO was ambitious but then again not many people took up the IPO. They barely raised minimum.
The product has been in R&D for 10 years. Half the number of shares are in escrow, the other half could sell.
The volumes have not been big but some people who might've held shares for many many years might have thought why not sell now. In the early days they might've picked up some shares at 20 cents.
My thinking is sellers have been very stale bulls.
