Just because the ann doesn't disclose any escrow period doesn't mean it doesn't exist ! Its just that IGS SH haven't been informed if it does or doesn't !!
With such a large share transfer 50 m I would be surprised if there wasn't an escrow period because if IGS sells them down directly after the transaction to raise capital then that will have an effect on SEG directly ! not really in SEG best interests.
The only fact is that SH don't know if there are escrow conditions or not !
