While the current MMX board publicly outcry that the CHM (and EvansKoh)case(s) have no merits, they settle the small claim with a multi million dollar settlement.

The upside for CHM is that if they do get anything from $50 to $500m, any amount is upside for CHM.

MMX will live through this problem and more likely be taken over by Sino when all this concludes.

But the punting from below 1c was great.

CHM high 3.4c low 0.4 current 2.7c %increase from low 675%
MMX high $2.52 low $0.48 current $2.08 % increase from low 525%
