    I would like to think your right, however, until they receive money from the Indonesian and Philippines banks these projects will not be producing in 2019.


    Pre commissioning of power plant components alone is appox 6 months and them certification and commissioning is a further 6 months.


    Looking at their pretty photos confirms that they are a long way from home. AND finance is the major problem.


    Not trying to dampen the good vibes from the AGM, BUT, 2020 it is.
