perhaps another indication that not everything you read in journal/newspaper articles is always correct. In this instance, EWC's AGM presentation states, under the heading 'Value Proposition', that the power station and lng hub are expected to become operational in 2019.
In any case, as the Ocean Quest can supply the power station with gas on very short notice, (ie. few days notice once it is full with lng), gas supply to the power station is not an issue at all.
