Maybe he/she posted it to remind us that our MD has had a long and arduous wait of 3 years for his incentive money and bonus options on CE mark approval. That the time is now right may be the reason that some of TIS's management did not wholeheartedly participate in this CR.
Bad thing is that the market does not think that the time is really right.
