The price action so far shows that there is a complete lack of confidence in this stock. Even the slightest hint of strength is met with an avalanche of sell orders.
This isn't 's surprising given that there is a 3 year history of bad news announcements and not a single good news item to break the pattern.
With Friday looming the usual sell down will occur and who can blame holders for being too nervous to hold this stock over the weekend. At this rate i can't see it breaking 30c before the announcement.
