Foldtoo i suspect not many here are at all duped by the directors decision to support the bid, as i said before, this is not unheard of in that directors support a low ball offer. The illusion is that BODs are there for the interests of all the shareholders , a bit like saying governments are there for the people lol. Later they will just act as if they did everything right and alls good, nothing to see here move along now. If a better offer comes they will just act as if the next group are being particularly generous.
We shall see!
