    I believe T/O is far too low based upon ABY's cash position $80m? and Nifty's long term value. The strategic review was to add shareholder value to long suffering sholders. They extract a 8 c cash component making a theoretical price of 33c circa (depending upon MLX's makt price on any given day) and think that is adding value!!
    The whole sink hole incident really threw the Company for a sixer.
    From a position of strength the Company has just rolled over and given MLX the keys.
    I am gobsmacked and really annoyed that sholders have been treated this way, management award themselves 7 figure salaries and after 5 years leave for nothing to really show.
    I read a research report yesterday valuing ABY at 65c and MLX got a steal.
    I feel ur pain Williak.
