The Democrats want assurances that they will receive the full, unedited report from Robert Mueller. Not something that has been edited to hell and back by the A-G. They have only threatened to subpoena Muller if William Barr doesn't give them the full report.
And that is fair enough. The Democrats- and the GOP too- have every right to see everything that Mueller has found.
