    If the report is not made public I’m sure Barr will be required to testify. Another genius here posted to the effect Barr could refuse. I pointed out he could go to jail for that.

    Refusing to testify before Congress or lying to Congress is a serious crime. Just ask Trump’s old lawyer who lied for him.
