I didn't say anything about "publicise" any of the findings. I said Congress has every right to see them.
Let's assume there's someting in Mueller's report that doesn't fit the definition of "criminal", but most definitely fits the defnition of "impeachable".
Are you seriously suggesting that the US Congress has no rights to see that information? And anyway- Trump is totally innocent, right? So why wouldn't you want it out?

Impeachment is purely a political process.
