I don't know the answer either but being able to sell down at the peak without disclosing it to the market (presuming he has less than 5%) was the best answer I could come up with so I sold every single share I had. Also sold because I expect a flurry of selling from the exercised options. And also sold because they need a lot more properties to warrant this MC. That was 3 reasons LOL.

Obviously the director has told you everything you want to hear.
