Bakrie are not our fairy godmother and will complete these projects with or without Panax's involvement.
What is more relevant is are the contracts we have with Bakrie voided if Panax were to go into administration. I hope not as I think that may be the only way we will get some value out of our investmeent.
On the other hand Bakrie could buy Panax as a going concern outright I personally would settle for 1c a share
