If you need the company to go into Administration so you can pay next years groceries then I admire your appetite for risk, but not your appetite for speculation, 1c take over offer ffs......
So dreaming about a 1c takeover offer makes you happy and would convince you to throw the towel in Graeme, then you have no reason for all the whinging about zillions of shares being issued around 0.2 cents cos the more shares there are out there that cost less than 1c the more likely and faster your wish will come true vote wise ?...?...?...? so you see the longer the DV deal goes on like it has been, the better off you are.
I hope you feel better now and will go along with the companies survival plans.
