It seems there are no buyer at 0.2c only 500K shares traded in the last 3 days.

Makes me wonder what price DV would want for any future placement I'm thinking 0.05c or 5 100ths of a cent meaning they could sell for a profit at 0.1c. As I have posted earlier another 15% of Panax is 104M shares meaning we would net $52K in any future placement.

Can anyone give me a valid reason to vote yes to this deal in the upcoming EGM.

I got my voting form today in the mail, I cannot bring myself to vote yes under the current circumstances however I will not send it back in until I have seen the Quarterly Report and spoken to KP.
