These sellers either cant read or don't get the potential. Its been soaked up for weeks and is on going. Check out the chart.
The only issue i have is that NST might get this cheaply (sub 60).
I read a article on bloomberg dated around Nov and an analyst valued it at 60c then. That is before this upcoming program and a higher gold price. dyor
