OK, so we've had Syd asking for an apology for my exposing the truth about NuSep. Syd, I apologise for exposing an obvious truth which you seem incapable of understanding. If you continue failing to see the obvious, I apologise for that too. I have never said you are a fool, nor have I said you are a criminal. Nor have I said you have used HC to ramp NSP for your own benefit. But you make a very good case. Readers here might like to see your trading of NSP as you posted on HOG as supporting evidence.

There appears to be a $5.1m liability that has not been disclosed in the accounts, a crime that has been perpetrated each and every year of the company's existence. And there's not been a word from RB or Syd, let alone the management. At least this year they didn't take a bonus from this "hole".

So here's my challenge to the 2 mouthpieces: If I have it wrong, then let's hear from the company, clarifying that it isn't as it appears. This week. Otherwise, shouldn't we accepted it as true and valid? They do read HC ("Hi" to the board!) and this is critical and material. I'll bet they say "We don't answer questions unless we know who asks them"...even if they are valid. As I understand it, there were questions posed by shareholders in 2011 that were never answered. They seem very valid, even more in 2013 than in 2011. If they did answer the questions, can you show me where the answers are from the questions at http://nusepboardreform.info/ ?

And if we don't hear about the LOI this week, then wouldn't it would be fair for us to all agree it's dead in the water and our board have lied to us when they raised funds in the SPP?

And let's hear about the $5.1m cash payment due to Luye.

And would it be fair to ask if Syd and RB have been either liars or part of the "creating a false market" that the directors have been charged over the years? So which is it liars, criminals or fools?

Now if I've been making any claims that are out of order, why have I not been sanctioned on HC, like some others who have made "nonsense claims"?
