The "firm submission date" of 26 January was negotiated between the company and the EMA back in November 2014. Since then the EMA reneged and informed BSI (announced 21 Jan) that acceptance of the submission is deferred "by one month". On my reading, deferring the date of 26 January by one month means a new date of 26 February. Yes, that date is not on the EMA schedule; but they can vary the schedule as is footnoted on that very document.

I also point out that the company has not previously indicated when BSI submitted documentation to EMA, apart from the very first one back in 2013 and only in the preliminaries of the financial accounts.

I don't expect to hear anything until early April.
