Unless the EMA have changed their timetable 26/2 is the incorrect date and was erroneously stated in the previous announcement. The submission was due by 23/2.

and note: "
(*) The Agency strongly recommends submitting the application before the submission deadline in case the submitted dossier needs to be re-dispatched. This is to avoid missing the target start date as a result of an invalid eCTD submission."

As I said, hopefully TIS/BSI submitted the documentation before the 23/2 deadline. Otherwise we will be waiting for another month.

IMHO it is most likely that they submitted the documents last month and it was simply a matter of EMA delaying the submission date and/or start date.
