Beacause there is a mass exodus at board level
and they have underperformed in the past year.
Never a good sign IMO when u have so many leaving an organisation,it might be an indication about the future prospects?
If you go to a party and it starts to die of are you likely to stick around when it could potentially get a bit messy.
Maybe just maybe they know more about whats down the track?
