Look at it this way, more investors will know about NMR, more investors on the register, 4 cents isn't too bad, the over or undersubscribed nature of this placement will be the important item of note. This will hopefully allow NMR to take the next step along the path to success, there is no point having done all of the hard work that has been done so far and have it all come to nought. 2.6 to 4 cents is an over 50% increase in less than 6 months and provides a floor to the share price in the short term. I would love to see it oversubscribed and seriously is a pretty good outcome BEFORE the scoping study even comes out.
