    Where is a heavily diluted Co with a MC of some $5.5m going to get the millions in funds to make major IO acquisitions
    Can't raise capital....might have to do a Share Consolidation
    how is the LOC going...LOL
    The other way would be NMDC would have to provide an interest bearing loan to this Co in the millions ??????
