If it hasnt happened yet, I really think a class action has legs revolving around false annoucements back when NMDC were buying in and the war chest of funds which were never there, letterhead at the time saying LCY was part of the NMDC group of companies then removed and so on. I, like many bought in when Sharon Heng and Legacy were making false announcements and the company was being 'valued' at over 50c per share.
I'm only about 10k in the hole on this one so it's not the end of the world but some I'd say would be many multiples of this...
