Sharon Heng brought the indians in and gave them control for less than the market rate with obviously no conditions attached, all she could see was the potential dollar signs, to not have any commitments in writing on what the Indians were going to do once they had control proved how good of manager she really was, she may have had an understanding with Rana Som, but he retired 5 minutes after the deal was done just proving again she could not see past the dollar signs or the potential issues of dealing with other people.
She got what she deserves but now every other share holder still pays for a absolutely discracefull deal done with the NMDC
