In Last Quaterly - Legacy is seeking opportunities particularly in acquiring an interest in short – medium term revenue producing mines. To this end, a substantial number of projects were investigated with several undergoing further examination.

Dear shareholder, They been doing cut and paste work for a quite number of quarter. No hopes they will do any progress on this. CEO is been there for nearly one year. He is been collecting his pay cheque every month without fail. What he has done for the shareholder, what value he has added for the company, after getting paid. What exploration manager is adding value for the company? He is been there for quite number of years without any additional value.

These people has to show some value for the company, before they are eligible for every pay. It time for pay cut. The company directors has to show some aggressiveness and chose right people. There are quite number of people in the market currently available.

Current cash will go just paying CEO and Exploration manager.

NMDC is not going to do any think looking at current iron ore market. We have to ask, de we have right people in the company.
