There are a number of companies in the Yilgarn who have stated their intention to commence a 10MTpa magnetite operation through Esperance. If the expansion still goes ahead, the first stage will likely be taken up by a few companies running a small DSO operation leading to a larger magnetite operation. I think it is highly unlikely that any company will take up the entire expansion unless they are going to bankroll the whole thing themselves which would add several hundred million dollars to the costs.
