If the SP weakness was due to only cashflow situation as  you stated then most small caps would be trading in similar style to CDY , but they are not ! much are performing much better .   

Forward thinking market also look at the potential of earnings as well as other developments for example midkine in determining value .

How is it  possible that after all these developments , new markets , well funded , new products ,  midkine potential that the sp is trading at  approx 0.014 ( 0.28 ) .

There may be  other issues or agendas at play here it seems as it does not make any sense unfortunately Retail holders will be last in line in receiving this information .
