The presentation is worth listening to several times and pausing at each new frame to absorb the info.

The recent defensive move by Cornerstone who hold 15% of Alpala suggests a bidding war for SOLG is close.

I calculate the current NTA of DGR including the unlisted subs at 0.31. the price remains irrationally discounted.  

The latest issuance of options to SOLG directors and staff at 60p suggests a takeover price much higher to give a generous benefit to option holders. With SOLG at say 1 pound the NTA of DGR will be AUD 0.67.

    The 363 mill of cash will create a self funded company no longer dependent on banks, finance companies or Tribeca. I would hope a special dividend of 0.10 would be paid which would take 65 mill if Tribeca convert to shares. The majority of posters on the SOLG share chat site expect a takeover well above a pound. A recent post reviews the Hannam Brokers valuation of SOLG of 75-90p and 245p if the resource was to double. I assume they are looking at either Alpala doubling or another Alpala emerging from their 72 concessions which seems highly probable listening to NM presenting for SOLG in Nov.  He also says the existing in ground value of Cu and Au is over 100 Billion dollars. 

    At 245p for SOLG the NTA of DGR goes to AUD 1.50.

   A lot of potential here and a rare opportunity to buy assets at such a deep discount .
