I asked that question on the 19th.

In regards to Board approvals, NMDC have to approve the Frozen RCA, I assume NLC have to have a Board meeting to approve the frozen RCA as well or is it the NMDC component only - then we move onto signing?

The reply was "
NLC have approved already. Their approval included provision for the frozen status, so we don’t need another board approval from them.

The freezing of the RCA entails the issue of a letter from the external lawyers to NMDC confirming the RCA is frozen. This is currently in process and we’ll provide further progress updates."

Now something might have changed in that time that requires approval by NLC but I don't think so.
